Hosted by David Roustio, a seasoned podcast host who has recorded hundreds of interviews—including The Direct Line for the Ohio Alliance of Direct Support Professionals (OADSP)—this podcast is dedicated to amplifying the voices, experiences, and insights of Direct Support Professionals and those connected to the field.

Using easy, online recording software, David captures your story and shares it with the world in a professional, supportive, and low-pressure setting. If you volunteer for an interview, you will receive a simple preparation guide along with a call, text, or email from David to review questions and walk through what to expect before recording.

All recordings are edited after the session, so there is no need to worry about mistakes, retakes, or nervous moments. The goal is not perfection—it’s authenticity. Most guests leave surprised by how comfortable the process feels.
