Drag Syndrome is a UK-based drag performance collective made up of artists with Down’s syndrome. Founded in 2018, the group uses drag as a powerful form of self-expression, creativity, and visibility for people with developmental disabilities.

David Roustio is a multifaceted creator, advocate and professional whose work spans writing, music, speaking and support for people with developmental disabilities. He has more than two decades of experience supporting individuals with developmental differences, a term he prefers to “disability,” and his career reflects a deep commitment to empowerment and community engagement.
